||Must be a Graduate or Post Graduate in Business/Sales/Marketing
||Minimum three years of Experience in Selling e-Commerce/IT/Software related products.
Identifying new sales leads and follow up with existing leads.Pitching products and/or services and impart product training. Maintain relationships with existing customers. Social media research and marketing to identify new leads in potential markets. Research on current and future market trends and to implement. Contacting all leads and Customers via email or phone and set up meetings/trainings. To assist company, acquire new customers and sell additional products to existing Customers. To assist marketing on new initiatives and planning. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and address target audience by inspiring sales speech. Display of company’s products/services online among the target audience. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products. Preparing new quotes and proposals. Vendor Negotiation skills by phone, email, and in direct discussions. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met. Training Customer Support team members and sharing field knowledge with the team.
Must be a graduate or Post graduate in Business/Sales/Marketing. Must be socially adapt. Willing to travel across India. Ability to solve Customer issues. Having good Industry knowledge on online business services. Having ability to handle sales pressure and meet deadlines and prioritizing skills. Attentive to group discussions and listening skills. Must have good communication skills in English and any other local language as per the location. Excellent time management skills.
